Key Responsibilities:

✓ Customer Engagement: Explain course offerings, benefits, and pricing to prospective students.
✓ Follow-ups & Conversions: Maintain regular follow-ups with leads to ensure maximum enrollment.
✓ Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to improve sales strategies.
✓ Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with students, working professionals, and corporate clients.
✓ CRM Management: Update and manage customer data in the CRM system.
✓ Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:
✓ Education: Hsc and Above
✓ Experience: 0-3 years in sales, business development, or education sales.
✓ Strong communication and persuasion skills.
✓ Ability to handle objections and close deals.
✓ Knowledge of CRM tools and sales techniques.
✓Self-motivated and target-driven.
✓ Proficiency in English and regional languages (if applicable).
