Job Role Details:

Process Associate (Content Moderation) : In this role, you will review content posted by users on social media and online platforms. You will be required to review content that is offensive, harmful, or sensitive. If found, appropriate action will be taken. It’s not just about reading content – you have to work hard, following the guidelines and maintaining quality.

Job Location & Shifts

✓ Location: Hanmakonda, Telangana

✓ Rotational Shifts – Weekends, Night Shifts May Also Be Available

Key Responsibilities

✓ Review content such as text, images, and videos posted by users

✓ Take appropriate moderation actions as per platform guidelines

✓ Identify content trends and provide feedback for process improvement

✓ Properly handle harmful content (such as hate speech, child abuse, self-harm)

✓ Work with the team to maintain quality standards

✓ Be clear about policies, procedures, and workflows

✓ Exemplify customer service skills and exercise sound judgment

Qualifications

✓ Degree is mandatory (any specialization)

✓ Postgraduates can also apply

✓ From freshers to those with 3 years of experience, everyone is welcome

✓ Speaking and writing in English should be good

✓ Ready to work in rotational shifts, night shifts

✓Able to handle sensitive content without getting emotional

Salary Details

✓ Salary Range: ₹3 lakh to ₹8 lakh per annum
