Salary: ₹ 50,000-2.5 Lacs P.A

Education: B.B.A/ B.M.S in Any Specialization, B.Com in Any Specialization, B.A in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization

The Job Location: Hyderabad.

Note: This role is specifically for non-technical graduates. Candidates with technical backgrounds (BTech, BE, BCA, BSc IT, etc.) are not eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

– Handle customer queries via email and chat support

– Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues

– Develop strong communication and problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Freshers from non-technical backgrounds (BA, BCom, BBA, BSc, BMS, etc.)

– Good understanding of basic computer applications and software
