Intouch CX is hiring for the role of Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
✓ Provide excellent customer service via voice and/or non-voice channels (e.g., phone, email, chat).
✓ Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
✓Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
✓Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records.
✓ Escalate complex issues to the appropriate channels.
✓ Meet or exceed performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction and resolution time.
✓ Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
✓ Excellent verbal and written
✓ communication skills.
✓ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓ Ability to write content.
✓ Proven customer service experience.
✓ Ability to work in an in-office environment.
✓ Eligibility: Students, all engineering, bachelors of all courses, arts of all courses and all others are eligible.
