Job Role and Responsibilities

If you are selected as an Executive Trainee, you will first undergo training. After that, you will have to work based on your department.

Your work may include:
✓ Project planning, design assistance
✓ Working with technical team
✓ Working in HR, Finance, IT or Law departments
✓ Assisting in environmental and safety issues
✓Ensuring that projects run smoothly

Education Qualification
✓Those with the following qualifications can apply:
✓Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, IT) – B.E./B.Tech
✓HR – Degree + 2 years MBA or PG Diploma
✓Environment – B.E./B.Tech in Environment or PG in Environmental Science/Engineering
✓Geology – M.Sc or M.Tech in Geology/Geophysics
✓Finance – CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance
✓Law – 3/5 years LLB course
