Here are the details for the job description and roles & responsibilities of International Voice:
✓ Handle inbound calls for international customers
✓ Understand and resolve customer queries effectively via voice
✓ Deliver excellent service with clear and professional communication
✓ Ensure first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
✓ Should be comfortable working in rotational night shifts, (5 days a week, 2 rotational offs)
Education:
HSC, Undergraduates, Graduates, and Postgraduates
Experience:
Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
✓ Excellent communication skills in English (verbal for voice, written for chat)
Comfortable working night shifts (UK timing)
Must not be pursuing regular education.

Salary Details:
Freshers: 2.4 LPA to 3.5LPA (In between), Experienced: Up to 5 LPA (Minimum 1Yr-5Yrs)
Designation: Associate Walkin timings 10AM to 12PM
